Fable & Spirit is seeking talented and experienced Server Assistants to join our family-oriented restaurant group. We are looking for inspired individuals to work in a chef driven environment, with next-level food and beverage background in Lido, Newport Beach!
Applicants must be able to work well as part of a team, be high energy and organized, and possess the ability to take direction with a willingness to learn. You must be committed to providing the highest level of service and execution while upholding the company culture.
Requirements:
Flexible availability (Dinner, Weekday and Weekend)
Minimum of 1-year of related experience in upscale/ fine dining restaurants.
Basic knowledge and training
Have reliable transportation
