Looking for a reliable, friendly and fast paced morning server to join our team. HIRING IMMEDIATELY.
We are a small, yet busy cafe with a loyal customer base, and we need someone who can jump in, deliver great service and help keep our morning flow running smoothly.
SCHEDULE - We do not switch shifts so looking for someone who can work every Tuesday and Thursday from 6am-11am.
There are also opportunities to cover additional shifts throughout the week as needed.
REQUIRED:
TUESDAY AND THURSDAY MORNING AVAILABILITY (must reliably arrive by 6am)
STRONG COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
ABILITY TO MULTITASK
POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND TEAM FIRST MIND SET
REALIABLE
ABILITY TO STAND FOR EXTENDED PERIODS AND LIFT UP TO 25lbs.
PREFERRED:
Barista experience
Experience handling a register or POS system
Ability to cover other shifts when needed
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently during slower moments
BONUS: Food handlers card, sexual harassment training and ABC certifications.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Greeting guests with great customer service
Taking orders accurately
Preparing beverages, coffee, espresso drinks
Running food
Bussing tables
Maintaining a clean, stocked and organized workspace
Supporting the team with general cafe tasks
Light cleaning and side work
