KY Sushi is brand new sushi bar locate in UCI campus plaza. We focus on sustainability and high quality ingredients which our chefs will have the opportunity to work with and take pride in providing such service to our guests.
We are looking for long term candidates that meet the following requirement:
- Sushi Chef $16-22/hr
REQUIREMENTS:
3 years experience.
-Waiter $16/hr
REQUIREMENTS:
Who has Japanese cuisine knowledge, and serving experience.
-Kitchen Helper $16-18/hr
REQUIREMENTS:
Operate multiple kitchen equipment (grills, deep fryers, oven, rice cookers etc.)
Cook meats, rice, fries and various other ingredients.
Reading order tickets and assembling food in a fast and efficient manner.
Follow direction and consolidate orders.
Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
Efficient, dependable, and responsible.
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to lift, lower, and carrying packages that typically weigh 5 - 30 lbs.
