We are looking for team players who are authorized to work in the US and can fill one or multiple positions below:

Sushi Chef

-3+ Years experience

-Full time or Part time available. 20 – 40 per week

-Responsible for preparing sushi bar stocks, from cooking rice to cleaning up and filleting of fresh fish to be used for making sashimi, nigiri sushi, cut roll and handroll.

Responsible for making basic & premium rolls, sushi & sashimi and also special/unique sushi dishes.

Hourly Pay: $19-$21 + Tip (around $10 to $40+)

Line Cook / Dishwasher with the following experience:

-Experience working with Fryer, Grill, and Saute Station

-Good knife skills

-Experience managing/executing kitchen prep and closing duties

-Dishwashing and keeping the kitchen in a sanitary condition.

-Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a plus but not required

-Sushi Prep or Sushi Making skills is a plus but not required

Hourly Pay: $16-$18 + Tip (5% of all tip)

The ideal candidate will have the willingness and ability to provide the highest level of hospitality for our guests.
