What You’ll Do:
Prepare high-quality sushi and sashimi for dine-in omakase service and catered events
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to bring seasonal menus to life
Ensure consistent execution of dishes with strong attention to detail and aesthetics
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and strict food safety standards in the kitchen
Contribute to a smooth, guest-centered omakase experience at the counter
Assist with inventory, ordering, and prep to ensure optimal kitchen performance
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of professional sushi chef experience in a high-end or omakase-style kitchen
Deep understanding of traditional Japanese culinary techniques
Excellent knife skills and experience working with premium fish and ingredients
Professional attitude, teamwork mindset, and ability to perform under pressure
Availability to work full-time, including weekends as needed
