About the Job
Crema Artisan Bakers is hiring night packers to help package our fresh breads, pastries, and desserts for next-day delivery.
We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Arrive on time & communicate any delays (min. 4 hrs’ notice for call-outs).
Count, package and label baked goods accurately.
Maintain product quality and cleanliness.
Follow all food safety & allergen procedures.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Stay informed on all company and department communications
Requirements
Available night shifts, weekends & holidays.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Can stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout shift.
Basic English reading & math skills.
Dependable, efficient, and team-oriented.
Physical Demands
Fast-paced, hands-on work with frequent movement, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
