Oversee and manage daily operations of the facility, including medication management, fire and safety, menus, daily living skills, assistants, make an appointment for residence keeping up with paperwork, scheduling staff, and keeping up with service plans for each residence, incident reports making sure the facility is clean and safe for residence and staff,
