Compensation: $21-25/hour

Location: Two clinic locations (must have reliable transportation)
Job Responsibilities:
Answer phones and schedule patient appointments with precision.
Accurately enter patient demographic data into Medi-Soft.
Maintain and organize patient charts, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
Room patients and take vital signs efficiently.
Educate patients on medication usage and allergy management.
Administer allergy immunotherapy according to office protocols.
Respond quickly and effectively to clinic emergencies and strictly adhere to infection control measures.
Medical Assistant Certification.
Medical Assistant Certification.
Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
Ability to work efficiently, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Previous experience in an allergy practice is a strong plus.
Must have reliable transportation to commute between two clinic locations.
