We are looking for a Full-time Receptionist, OA, DA or RDA with a ton of initiative and motivated to work together. If you have a "can do" attitude and good work ethic…we want to meet you! We offer all services - GP, ortho, implants, sedation, etc so your skill set will expand a lot working with us on Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri (9-6 pm), Saturday (9-3 pm)

Task:
Schedule Patients
Manage schedules
Check in Patients
Check out Patients
Submit authorizations
Verify Insurance & collect co-pays
Screen faxes
Process medical insurance forms
Answer multi-line phone in a courteous and efficient manner
Help manage inventory effectively
Assist with day-to-day operations
Work closely with the Doctors
Other duties as assigned
