Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual IVF Services Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, identifying new sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients through personalized attention and exceptional service.
- Identify new contract opportunities and present economic proposals to patients.
- Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
Requirements:
- Marketing or related field oriented.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales. IVF field preferable, not necessary.
- English and Spanish proficiency.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
