Caregiver – 6-Bed RCFE
Location: City of Orange, CA
We are a licensed 6-bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to join our team.
Shifts Available:
Live-in position
Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Medication reminders and documentation
Housekeeping and meal preparation
Engage residents in meaningful activities and companionship
Monitor resident well-being and report changes to administrator
Qualifications:
Prior caregiving experience preferred (RCFE experience a plus)
Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass background check, TB test, and fingerprint clearance
Compassion, patience, and a strong commitment to resident care
