Live in Newport Beach: Companion–Roommate with Caregiving Skills
I’m a 75-year-old retired businessman — healthy, active, financially secure, and highly educated. Like many in my age group, I miss daily companionship and would like to welcome the right person into my home. This is not an employment position (no W-2/1099), but rather a gig-style arrangement where room and board are provided in exchange for light caregiving support and companionship.

This opportunity is in a coastal luxury home in Newport Beach, just five minutes from Hoag Memorial Hospital.
What I’m Looking For:
You are employed outside the home during normal hours
You have caregiving instincts or experience (light assistance only)
You hold a valid driver’s license and can drive to appointments, errands, etc.
You can prepare simple meals and familiar with Asian food and enjoy international cuisine
You’re educated, social, and comfortable in conversation with a worldly, well-traveled person
Ideally, you’ve traveled yourself and hold a valid passport
You’re at ease in social gatherings, from casual dinners to upscale events
