Job Description

WE HAVE TWO POSITIONS FOR OUR MULTI SPECIALTY DENTAL PRACTICE.

This is a Full time position for a bi-lingual (English and Spanish) front office assistant and RDA or OA. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, friendly, and be able to work as a team.

FRON DESK COORDINATOR DUTY:

Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff members.

Minimum 3 years experience is needed with the reference. Previous experience in office management or administrative roles preferred.

Answering phones, arrange appointments, transfer calls to the appropriate staff member.

Bilingual English/ Spanish

General clerical duties will include; filing, typing, keep reception area clean and neat during business hours.

Maintain appt book, recall and confirm patients.

Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office

Perform data entry tasks, including patient information and billing details

Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels

Handle order entry for medical supplies and equipment

Maintain organized files and records, both physical and electronic

Assist with general office management tasks as needed

DENTAL ASSISTANT DUTY:

Must have Orthodontic experience

Assist the dentist during dental procedures

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments

Take and develop dental X-rays

Perform patient assessments and record medical histories

Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures

Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar

Proficient in dental assisting techniques and procedures

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medical documentation

Experience with dental receptionist duties, such as answering phone calls and scheduling appointments

Competency in taking dental X-rays

Hours:

FULL TIME: 8:30am to 5:30pm
