Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office management, fiscal management, and human resources, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care. This role requires effective leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the dental practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.

Manage financial aspects of the practice, included billing, account receivable and treatment planning.

Supervise staff members, providing training and support to enhance their performance and professional development.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with legal standards.

Implement and manage office policies and procedures to streamline operations.

Coordinate scheduling for staff and patients to optimize clinic efficiency.

Maintain knowledge of dental terminology, such as Eaglesoft, and managed care practices.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective utilization management.

Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience in dental practice management is essential.

Supervisory experience in a dental setting is required.

Previous experience in a dental clinic or will be considered an asset.
