Key Responsibilities:
Extend warm and friendly greetings to patients and visitors
Manage incoming phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient records
Present Treatment plans
knowledge of PPO insurances a must along w General ADA CODES
Assist patients in completing essential paperwork and forms
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
Collaborate closely with our dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience
In order to be qualified:
2-5 years of General dentistry exp
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in delivering top-notch customer service
Competency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with dental software Dentrix is a plus( ADA CODES A MUST )
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing is advantageous
