Requirements of the Entry Level Data Entry Person:
Work experience in the following industries is an asset, but not required: Communications, Customer Service, Data Entry.
Desire to succeedin an entry-levelposition.
Great communication skills and people skills.
Impeccablework ethic.
A positive business attitude like the rest of our client’s enthusiastic staff.
The right candidate is local to the area, must have reliable transportation to and from the office daily and can start immediately if offered the position.
Key Responsibilities:
Log in and create cases within laboratory management software from digital prescriptions sent in by dental customers.
Check source documents for accuracy
Verify data and confirm data with sender where necessary
Obtain further information for incomplete documents
Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
Qualifications and Experience Levels:
Able to work independently and be part of a team
Typing speed and accuracy
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Attention to detail
Confidentiality
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
