Key Responsibilities:
- Present comprehensive treatment plans to patients
- Coordinate with insurance companies and handle benefit verification
- Manage patient scheduling and maintain an efficient calendar
- Process insurance claims and handle follow-ups
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive patient relationships
- Handle financial arrangements and patient accounts
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of dental office experience as a Treatment Coordinator
- Proficient in Dentrix or similar dental software
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Experience in treatment presentation and case acceptance
