Cardiology Group located in Orange County, has an opening for a full-time Front office New Patient Coordinator
Qualifications include the following:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Proven experience in a medical office is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A compassionate and professional demeanor when interacting with patients.
Proficiency with computer systems, including EHR software and MS Office.
2+ years medical office experience
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for all new patient inquiries via phone, email, and website.
- Schedule new patient appointments visits with accuracy.
- Collect and accurately enter patient diagnosis and reason for visit into our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Provide patients with necessary information regarding their upcoming appointment, including required paperwork and directions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
