Looking for a licensed massage therapist and team member at our beautiful OC Healthy Spine health care facility in Newport Beach. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. This is a growing full therapy chiropractic treatment facility providing massages, ultrasound therapy, spinal decompression, adjustments, and strengthening therapy. We provide all the supplies and office space as well as the patients and GUARANTEED PAY. You will get paid to perform Swedish as well as deep tissue massages in 30/60/90-minute sessions and help provide additional therapy and office assistance in between these sessions, also earning an additional hourly wage so no wasted time not getting paid. No experience with therapy modalities is required; but it is preferred. You will receive a guaranteed hourly wage and then increased pay for scheduled massages. Tips are also yours to keep in addition to the massage payments. Work will be Monday through Fridays 9 am -6:00 pm (Thursdays closed but may open in the future based on demand and availability).
Massages pay at $30 for a full hour, $15 for 1/2 hour, and $45 for 90-minutes, and keep your tips. Hourly pay for assistance between the massages will start at $16 per hour for training and then after 3 months will increase to $17 per hour and will be reassessed on a yearly basis based on performance. There will also be future opportunities, if desired, to learn additional administrative tasks that will also increase the hourly pay.
Current massage therapist of 10 years has worked their way up and is now transitioning to a management position within our office.
