Full-Time position, averaging 3-4 shifts per week. 12 Hour Shifts
A well-established dual diagnosis, chemical dependency treatment program is seeking a licensed LVN or Registered Nurse for our beautiful Laguna Beach location! Exciting opportunities await for those interested!
We are looking for a passionate individual who can advocate for clients in their recovery, but also equipped to handle escalated situations as they arise. Salary is dependent on experience.
Qualifications:
-Must be available for all shifts and for some weekends.
-Organized and energetic individual.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
-Familiarity with computerized charting/client records is a plus.
-Reference checks and a background check required.
-Emphasis on communication skills, motivational interventions, and critical thinking.
-Must demonstrate strong leadership skills, clinical competency, independent thinking, and an alert attention to detail.
