Job Title: Health Insurance Agent (Bilingual Spanish Required)

We specialize in health insurance, supplemental lines, life insurance, Medicare, and small business group plans. Responsibilities:
Assist clients in-person and over the phone to educate and enroll them in plans that best suit their needs.
Present plan options, answer questions, and enroll clients in a single call or in-person visit.
Maintain and follow company policies and procedures while safeguarding sensitive information.
Manage small business group insurance plans with attention to detail.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Act as an advocate and educator for consumers.
Meet sales goals and contribute to company success.
Qualifications:
Required:
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
CA Health & Life Insurance license (Preferred, but not required. If you are looking for career opportunities within the business, we will assist you with getting your license.)
2+ years of customer service experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
