Hiring- Leadership Positions for New Congregate Living Health Facility

Seeking a DON, an ADMINISTRATOR and MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Director of Nursing (DON)

Responsibilities:

Provide overall clinical leadership and supervision of nursing staff.

Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Coordinate patient care and maintain the highest standards of clinical practice.

Qualifications:

Current California RN license in good standing.

Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting (preferably CLHF, SNF, sub-acute, or similar).

Strong knowledge of Title 22, CLHF regulations, and patient care standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Administrator

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day facility operations.

Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness.

Manage staffing, scheduling, and administrative processes.

Work closely with the Director of Nursing and Medical Director to provide high-quality resident care.

Qualifications:

Must meet California state requirements for CLHF Administrator.

Proven experience in healthcare facility management or administration.

Strong understanding of licensing requirements, compliance, and operational oversight.

Leadership ability with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Medical Director

Responsibilities:

Provide medical oversight and clinical guidance for the facility.

Collaborate with nursing and administrative leadership to develop policies, procedures, and care protocols.

Participate in quality improvement, patient care planning, and compliance efforts.

Ensure continuity of care and adherence to best medical practices.

Qualifications:

Licensed physician in the State of California.

Experience with sub-acute, congregate living, or similar healthcare settings strongly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

Commitment to quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
