We're looking for loving, energetic and responsible individuals to join our Home Health Aide team. The right candidates will have experience working with the elderly and will be responsible for providing direct personal care to the patients in their homes. The successful applicant will assist patients with daily tasks such as bathing and dressing, preparing meals and escorting them to appointments.
Responsibilities:
Provide non-medical care for patients (elderly) in their homes.
Gather personal information about patient's home life, living conditions, and family circumstances.
Keep patients company and help them socialize with friends, family, or other members of the community.
Help patients with daily transportation needs.
Assist with physical activities such as bathing, grooming, walking, and general hygiene.
Work directly with the families of patients to help them understand their loved ones' medical conditions.
Help patients understand their medication regimens.
