Independent Life Care Services, Inc. (ILCS) is looking for a full time ILS Assistant Manager/ILS Administrator who will assist the ILS manager, perform administrative duties and work directly with ILS consumers teaching them independent living skills. Supporting individuals with disabilities in their home and in the community to maintain their independent life.
Starting Wage: $18.00 or negotiable depending upon experience.
JOB DUTIES:
Assist ILS Manager
Field Work with people with developmental disabilities.
Documentation of services in progress notes using the QSP APP.
Creating individual service reports for Regional Center.
Conduct assessments of individual ILS needs.
Attend quarterly/semi-annual/annual review meetings as needed.
Knowledgeable in generic community resources such as food banks, shelters, HUD, Social Security, Social Services, etc.
STRENGTHS and SKILLS:

Basic computer skills and use of applications.
Communication skills
Written English language skills for written documentation and reports. (May use Google Translate for English as a Second Language individuals.)
