Healthcare Provider Onboarding
Activities to include the following:
Help healthcare providers (doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants) register and get activated on the Push Health software platform.
Diligently track and manage activation steps.
Handle inquiries via phone, email and chat support tools.
Requirements:
Keen attention to detail and a passion for excellence
Experienced with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
Not a software developer but knows their way around software
Friendly, calm and humble
Some knowledge and interest in healthcare credentialing big plus
