Alzheimer’s Family Center (AFC) is looking for a compassionate and reliable Program Aide to join our team! This entry-level position is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with seniors and want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those with dementia.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Responsibilities:
1) Assist patients with personal care needs, including toileting, feeding, and mobility support.
2) Engage patients in daily activities and provide companionship.
3) Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
4) Work collaboratively with the care team to support patients’ well-being.
Qualifications:
1) CNA certification preferred but not required.
2) A caring, patient, and dependable personality.
3) Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
4) Previous experience working with seniors or individuals with dementia is a plus but not necessary—we are happy to train the right person!
