We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Live-In Caregiver to join our team for a small and intimate 6-bed Residential Care Facility for the elderly. Our goal is to provide top-quality care in a warm, comfortable, and supportive environment. As a Live-In Caregiver, you will play a key role in ensuring that our residents receive personal care and assistance with their daily activities while promoting their independence and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor residents for changes in physical, mental, and emotional health.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage in activities that enhance residents' quality of life.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
- Assist with mobility, including transferring, repositioning, and helping with walking.
Requirements:
- Experience in caregiving (RCFE experience preferred)
- Active CNA/HHA certification (preferred but not required)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background check & TB test
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for all residents.
- Ability to speak Tagalog/Ilocano is a plus but not required
