Medical assitant wanted for a cardiologist.
The offices are located in Norwalk and Huntington Beach
The hours will be approximately 20 to 40 per week. There is some flexibility based on the other medical assistant schedule. The work times will be between 9a to 5pm per day.
The skills required:
1. Must be fluent Spanish
2. Should be comfortable with Windows computers and working within an electronic medical records software.
3. Should have a knowledge of requesting insurance authorizations
Other desired traits:
Mature, Reliable, and committed to the position for at least ONE year.
Knowledge of getting authorizations, checking eligibility, doing EKGs is helpful
The hourly rate is negotiable. Minimum is $20 to start for training (one month)
