Job Title: Part-Time Allergy Practice Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
Entering demographic data accurately into Medi-Soft
Maintaining patient charts, Filing/ Record keeping
Rooming patients and taking vital signs.
Educating patients on the use of medications.
Administering allergy immunotherapy following office protocols.
Responding to clinic emergencies and strictly adhering to infection control measures.

Requirements:
Medical Assistant Certification
Excellent commnication skills, compassionate demeanor
Ability to work efficiently and accurately
Prior experience in allergy practice a plus.
