Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones and schedule patient appointments with accuracy.
Enter patient demographic and clinical information into Medi-Soft.
Maintain and organize patient charts, ensuring all records are current.
Room patients and efficiently take vital signs.
Educate patients on allergy management and proper medication use.
Administer allergy immunotherapy following office protocols.
Respond swiftly to clinic emergencies.
Qualifications:
Current Medical Assistant Certification.
Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach.
High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a busy clinic.
Experience in an allergy or immunology practice (Preferred but not required).
Must have reliable transportation to commute between two clinic locations.
