About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, dependable female caregiver for morning care in a private home.
This position requires punctuality, consistency, and physical capability. If you cannot commit to regular attendance, this role will not be a good fit.
Pay
$20/hour, depending on experience
RELIABILITY REQUIREMENTS (IMPORTANT)
Must be able to consistently work scheduled hours
Must arrive on time every day
Must be physically able to assist with transfers
Must be dependable
Qualifications
3–5+ years professional caregiving experience
Fluent in English
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Female caregivers only
IHSS registration a plus (not required)
Two professional references from recent caregiving positions
Professional demeanor, respectful, reliable
Willing to submit to a background check
Primary Responsibilities
Morning routine: toileting, bathing, dressing, hygiene
Transfer assistance (wheelchair ↔ bed, toilet, armchair)
Toileting support, hygiene, and care log documentation
Prepare and feed breakfast; administer oral morning medications
Light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, linens, general tidying)
Companionship and mental stimulation
Ensure client is ready for transportation/bus
