We are a growing, patient-focused private dental practice in San Clemente seeking a friendly and people-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about patient education, enjoys collaborating with the doctor in co-diagnosis, and strives for clinical excellence.
What We're Looking For:
A personable, punctual, and well-spoken professional
Self-motivated and committed to providing high-quality care
Laser-certified or experienced (preferred but not required)
Experience with DENTRIX is a plus
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
Position Details:
Part-time: 1 day per week (Wednesday’s)
Specifically seeking availability for Wednesdays starting late July
Responsibilities include:
o Prophylaxis
o Scaling and Root Planing
o Taking diagnostic-quality X-rays
o Operatory and instrument sterilization
Office Hours:
Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (starting late July)
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Open two Fridays per month)
Includes a 1-hour lunch break
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate: $55.00 – $60.00, based on experience and performance
