Responsibilities:
Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses. Adjust, repair, and fit eyewear. Educate patients on lens options, Coatings, and benefits. Process orders and ensure timely delivery of eyewear. Ensure accuracy in insurance billing. Answer phone calls, make appointments. Bilingual is a plus.
