OC Well Studio, located in the heart of Newport Beach, is seeking an independent contractor chiropractor to join our dynamic, woman-owned and operated team. About Us:
OC Well Studio is a boutique wellness studio offering chiropractic care, dry needling, acupuncture, and massage therapy services to a diverse patient base, including athletes and pregnant women. We provide a serene, client-centered environment where patients receive personalized care to help them achieve optimal health and well-being.
At OC Well Studio, we do not operate on high volume. We prioritize quality care, spending one hour with new patients and 20-30 minutes with returning patients on average, ensuring every patient receives the attention and care they deserve.
Job Description:
We are looking for a chiropractor with excellent clinical and diagnostic skills who is a team player, great communicator, and maintains a professional demeanor with patients, staff and colleagues - but still has a sense of humor and appreciates a laid back work vibe. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients live pain-free and healthier lives. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule within the hours the office is available for you and work collaboratively in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care within the scope of practice
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Educate patients on wellness and lifestyle recommendations
Provide helpful home exercise plans and promote self-efficacy
Collaborate with other practitioners to offer integrated care
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and patient care
Maintain proper documentation
Requirements:
Valid California chiropractic license
Malpractice insurance
Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A passion for holistic health and wellness
