We are seeking a full-time, part-time, or visiting Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses for our Home Health Agency.
First Touch Home Health Inc., a licensed and certified company in Garden Grove, providing quality and compassionate care to patients, looking for a professional RN and LVN who is reliable and organized with a strong work ethic.
Our patients are mainly seniors with needs for treatment and teaching of Med compliance, IV therapy, wound care, pain management, diabetes management, home safety etc.
The successful candidate must be able to coordinate and manage care needs of patients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directs nursing care as prescribed by physician's order
Supervises and trains nursing staff
Performs clinical supervisory visits
Supervises maintenance of accurate records of all treatments provided
Evaluates clinician's performances
Initiates admission assessments
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Spanish speaking preferred
Recent Home Health Experience
Valid RN and/or LVN license with State of California (minimum of 6 months)
Must have working computer skills for clinical charting
Professional attitude
Responsible and reliable
Communicates and works well with others
