Begin a meaningful career as a Behavioral Technician through our 4-6 week Child Development Career-Ready Training that will lead directly to employment. No Experience Needed! This program is designed to provide you with the essential skills, education, and experience to launch a lifelong career in Child Development.
Please Note: This is a paid training role followed by regular salary wages once employment placement begins
Requirements:
-Be an Early-Career Individual
-No felonies or misdemeanors
-Speak, read, and write English
-Be able to pass a background and drug test
-Provide Valid Right to Work Documents- (California Driver's License, and SSC, DACA, or Work Permit)
-Education Level less than 20 college credits
-High School Diploma or GED
-Reliable transportation to and from work
-Applicants must meet the minimum age of 18 due to legal and/or operational requirements associated with this role
Schedule:
4-6 weeks, Hybrid, Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm, four times a week in-person, and Fridays virtual at Hope Builders Santa Ana
