Longwood Eye Center, a friendly and busy ophthalmology practice in Fountain Valley, CA, seeks a bilingual Vietnamese-speaking full-time staff member to join our team! We are looking for someone compassionate, detail-oriented, and has a strong desire to provide exceptional patient care.
In this role, you will:
Greet and welcome patients in both English and Vietnamese.
Assist patients with scheduling appointments, completing paperwork, and understanding insurance information.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
Maintain accurate medical records and perform other clerical tasks.
Assist the clinical team with patient care as needed.
Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all patients.

Is fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
