Senior Living Community is non-profit, assisted living home in the heart of Yorba Linda. We offer a home like feel for not only our residents, but also our employees. We are currently seeking a Human Resource Assistant to help with the day to day HR functions in our home and move into the Manager role.
Monday - Friday shift 8 hours per day - you decide the hours
Wages: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Our Human Resource Assistant will perform a variety of functions. Duties include but not limited to:
Creating job postings
Review applicants and schedule interviews for department managers
Provide job offers, and process all new hires including orientations
Maintain HRIS and process bi-weekly payroll with LinkHCM
Track annual performance evaluations
Process terminations
Maintain training records to be in compliance with state regulations
Implement and maintain all types of leave of absences PDL/CFRA/FMLA
Assist other departments as needed
Plan quarterly employee appreciation events and annual Christmas party
Oversees benefit enrollments
Preferred knowledge, skills and abilities:
Proficient knowledge of MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Understanding of Federal, State and company regulations and policies
Able to communicate with co-workers and the campus residents respectfully
Multi-task and maintain confidentiality
Schedule: Monday - Friday (occassional weekend) 8 hour shift, you decide the hours
