A well-established, Anaheim nutraceuticals manufacturing company is seeking a Bilingual, competent, ethical, dependable, HR Professional with an inextinguishable passion for HR and people. The HR Professional will perform the full cycle and range of HR functions while coaching and providing strategic guidance to the leadership and executive teams to ensure legal compliance, alignment with company goals, principles and objectives, and cultivation of a safe, healthy, and productive workplace environment.
Core Responsibilities
Talent Management (Recruitment and retention) – posting jobs on media platforms such as (Indeed, Craigslist, Monster); prescreening, interviews, background checks, etc.
Employee Engagement – onboarding/terminations, workplace investigations into injuries, grievances, disputes, progressive disciplinary action, accommodations, etc.
Compensation & Benefits – processing payroll and administering benefits through HRIS (ADP) system.
Time & Attendance – tracking and documenting employee arrival/departure times, PTO, LOAs
Compliance Reporting – Paydata, EEOC, ACA, etc, CalOsha/Osha, etc.
Policy Implementation – Developing policies, procedures, protocols as needed or required to address compliance and workplace issues.
Safety & Trainings – addressing safety issues and concerns through investigation and corrective action; employee trainings, etc.
Recordkeeping – maintaining confidential, accurate personnel files.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field required.
Five plus years’ experience working in Human Resources.
