Are you wondering how to best leverage your newly acquired (or established) degree in HR Management or Business Administration (or related field)?
We are looking for career and business minded, professional outgoing individuals to enter our staffing industry Management Training Program. You will learn all facets of the staffing industry from recruiting, sales, client service, operations and branch management. Ultimately, successful trainees will end up in a management role with our dynamic, growing company.
Our company wants to expand our operations and we need the management talent to do so.

This is primarily an 8-5 Monday - Friday position. We are all about work-life balance.
To qualify, you must have:
College degree in HR Management or Business
Professional presentation
Outgoing, confident personality - able to talk with people at all levels from laborers to CEO'S
Sound decision making skills and good judgment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
1+ years experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, marketing, HR or retail management
Outgoing personality
Proven leadership success in school, athletics or work
Desire to grow in a staffing career
Positive "can do" personality
Passionate about caring for people - candidates, clients and team
Team-oriented
