We are a fulfillment/Medical warehouse located in the city of Irvine. We are currently looking to fill a Customer Support Role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supports account managers & clients when needed.
Utilizes active listening skills to provide solutions for customer issues.
Provide customers with information about product/services.
Perform various record processing: Verifying customer’s information and shipping info.
Contributes to department goals
Handles high volume calls and emails
Update customers with order status, delays, tracking number.
Communicates with team & clients
Data entry/processing
Create Orders
Obtain progress reports
Qualifications
Computer skills: Microsoft Word & Excel
Punctual
Ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Previous Medical industry experience
Attention to detail
Payrate: $19.00-$20.00/HR
Schedule: 1ST shift- 8am-5pm(OT and weekends)
