Entry-Level Auto Body Technician

The Entry-Level Auto Body Technician will assist with disassembly and reassembly of vehicles while learning hands-on from experienced professionals. This role requires a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.
Color Sand & Polisher
The Color Sand & Polisher will perform final finishing work, ensuring a flawless paint finish. Responsibilities include color sanding, buffing, and polishing to achieve a mirror-like shine. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-end automotive finishing and be committed to delivering showroom-quality results.
Responsibilities:
Auto Body Technician:
Assist with disassembly and reassembly of vehicle components
Learn and apply repair techniques under supervision
Ensure all work meets manufacturer and industry standards
Work with a team to complete high-quality repairs in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow safety procedures and shop protocols
Color Sand & Polisher:
Perform color sanding, buffing, and polishing on freshly painted surfaces
Remove imperfections, orange peel, and surface defects for a flawless finish
Ensure proper blending and shine consistency
Use professional-grade polishing tools and compounds
Maintain a clean and dust-free environment for finishing work
Requirements:
Entry-Level Auto Body Technician: No prior experience required, but mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are essential
Color Sand & Polisher: Prior experience in automotive paint finishing preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
