Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cabinet Installer to install custom cabinets and millwork in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
-Install custom kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, built-ins, and other woodwork with precision and efficiency
-Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation plans
-Work with various hand and power tools to ensure accurate measurements and secure fittings
-Collaborate with the shop team, designers, and clients to meet quality expectations and deadlines
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise on the job site
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-Ensure installations comply with company standards and local building codes
Qualifications:
-MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION
-MUST HAVE OWN TOOL
-3+ years of cabinet installation or finish carpentry experience (custom cabinetry a plus)
-Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, materials, and techniques
-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
-Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
Good communication and problem-solving skills
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on-site, including occasional overtime as needed
