Installing wooden structures such as roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists and stud work
Designing and installing cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall and insulation
Selecting lumber by size and strength to suit each job, sourcing wood to suit the customer’s budget and style
Calculating the number of fasteners required for each job
Reading blueprints and designs to work to specifications prepared by other construction professionals, architects and building code recommendations
include but not limited to moulding, doors or wood trim work, crown and base
Hardware- Replace flawed, broken or missing hardware on cabinets and doors.
Minimal Drywall Repair
Electrical-This could involve correcting problems with electrical outlets or adjusting or replacing electrical fixtures.
Install and adjust appliances that have already been installed.
Painting and light texture -After repairs have been performed on drywall, and carpentry work has been completed. Punchout technicians may need to paint a wall, perform minor touchup painting, or paint wood trim.
Removing debris, rubble from job sites daily.
The ability to safely use hand and power tools, and heavy machinery.
