I’m looking to hire 2 seasonal christmas light helpers for my christmas light installation business. No christmas light experience necessary. The most important thing I’m looking for is someone who is always on time, has good communication skills, is reliable and has a positive attitude. This is a seasonal job but I’m looking for a people who are committed for the whole christmas season. Including the christmas light installations and the removal of the christmas lights. All the jobs are at customers residential homes. You would be required to meet at a different house/ job each day. The homes are mostly in Newport, Irvine and Costa Mesa. I will be at every job with you to teach and show you exactly what I needed done. You would be required to move ladders, un pack and re pack work van in a organized way, wrap trees with Christmas lights, use staple gun for the garage doors and only hang first story christmas lights. I do all the high 2nd story parts of the homes. The christmas light installation period is from November 4th-December 10th. There will be no work from December 11th-December 31st. The christmas light removal period will be from January 1st-January 10th. It your on time every day you will receive a $300 bonus for your reliability at the end of the season (January 10th). The pay is $23 per hour with possible overtime pay ($34.50 per hour). You will get paid once a month. This is not a cash paying job, you will get a W-2 with this job.
