We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machine Operator for an engineering company in the city of Costa Mesa.

1st shift
8am-5pm
$18-$25 DOE
Responsibilities Include:
Set up CNC milling machines according to job specifications and blueprints
Install and adjust cutting tools, workpieces, and fixtures as needed
Program CNC mills using G-code and CAM software
Conduct test runs to ensure proper machine operation and identify any issues or discrepancies
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and productivity
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts
Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and achieve production targets
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in CNC mill setup and operation
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in CNC machining is preferred
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T)
Strong understanding of CNC programming languages (G-code) and CAM software
Familiarity with a variety of CNC milling machines and controls (e.g., Haas, Fanuc, Mazak)
Ability to use precision measuring tools and equipment (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, etc.)
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
