Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise concrete and masonry crews on job sites
Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
Coordinate with project managers and other trades
Maintain safety standards and compliance
Read Survey Stakes
Requirements:
Proven experience in concrete and masonry work
Read Plans and Survey
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage crews and meet deadlines
Valid driver’s license (required for company truck use)
