Job Description:
As a Crimp Technician you will be manufacturing and testing subcomponents that go into a wide range of products that often save lives or improve the quality of life of others – likely even your own. These products made possible by our technology are utilized by a range of industries, including medical, aerospace, and consumer goods. We will provide on-the-job training and are seeking new team members who want to grow and improve along with us. Our team members work together to learn new skills and bring cutting edge, high-volume, high-quality products to market.
Responsibilities include learning how to:
Be a machine operator of specialized equipment by following the corresponding procedures
Test and verify products meet customer specifications
Maintain traceability of materials
Work both accurately and efficiently in a team environment
Package finished product
Requirements:
Minimum of high school diploma, G.E.D or equivalent
Ability to lift 20lbs, occasionally above your head
Ability to work with small parts
Ability to stand for 2 hour periods of time
Availability:
1st shift - 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Starting Pay:
1st shift - $18/hr
