We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team and grow with us in the commercial door industry.
Position Details:
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Overtime as needed to meet project deadlines and customer commitments.
Your Role:
You'll work alongside experienced technicians to install commercial man doors, glass aluminum doors, and roll-up doors. The job includes installing and servicing door motors and automated systems, performing maintenance and repairs, and handling service calls. Customer service is a key part of the role, as you'll interact with clients on job sites and help ensure their satisfaction with our work.
Who We're Looking For:
We need someone with a strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn. Good communication skills are essential since you'll work directly with customers. You should be physically capable of lifting equipment and working with tools, and have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Experience Preferred But Not Required
While we'll train the right person, experience with mechanical work, welding, or carpentry is helpful. Previous construction or trade experience is a plus, but we're more interested in your attitude and willingness to learn than your current skill level.
