We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mover/Driver to join our growing team. As a key part of our operations, you will be responsible for transporting furniture, loading and unloading items, and assisting with home staging installations across Orange County. This position requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We move about 200+ times a year.
Responsibilities
Drive a box truck/van to job sites across Orange County
Load, unload, and move furniture and décor safely
Assist stagers with furniture placement, setup, and breakdown
Handle items with care to prevent damage
Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and in good working condition
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients, agents, and team
Work collaboratively with the staging team to meet project timelines
Requirements
Clean driver’s license & ability to drive a 20-26’ box truck or Van
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and climb stairs while carrying furniture
Professional attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills
Experience in moving, delivery, or warehouse work preferred
Furniture assembly/repair skills are a plus
Self-motivated and able to work well with a team
Schedule
Part-time: Monday–Wednesday required
On-call Thursdays & Fridays during busy seasons (spring/summer)
No weekends, except rare special projects with advance notice
